For a place that is supposed to specialize in fixing cars...they sure have a lot of junk cars in the lot . That clearly are not fixed. Judging by the prices they attempted to charge me, I see why the cars were left there.
Hi Mr. Harris, I always welcome feedback so I’ll start by thanking you for taking time to leave your thoughts. We are always striving to improve the customer experience and I’m sorry you felt we didn’t do our best this time. The cars on the lot are actually all here for repair. Some are a result of the recent flooding that happened on parts of Staten Island and that may seem like they are junk, but they are not. Some of the cars are antique which we own and we work on at our leisure. It’s our passion and so once we complete them we like to share them with other car enthusiasts. As for the pricing, I don’t have you in our system at all so I’m not sure exactly what the repair costs were about. However, as a full service, fully licensed shop, backed with a 1-2 yr, 12-24k mile warranty on ALL work, I would say we are at the cheaper end of the pricing charts. We charge a reasonable $85 per hr and use genuine parts or the highest quality aftermarket. Simply put, if I won’t put it on my car, it won’t go on your car. Wishing you all the best with your repair needs and if we can help you in the future I would love a chance to earn your 5 star review.
