Danny I’m not happy - this is unacceptable. Why is the last you just changed leaking AGAIN???? As a AAA VERIFIED SHOP I am so unhappy. This should not be happening after $1100 and a week in the shop. Please- let’s rectify this.

Hey Rebekah, so first I am always happy to get feedback but I left you a message to call me after we checked the car last time and see how things are. Why didn’t you answer me back. You have my shop number and we’ve spoken plenty. As for the issue I don’t know what’s leaking and I’m happy to check the work. Just keep in mind as I told you before, the person who you purchased the car from did a bunch of “quick fixes” and damaged, lost, taped, cut different parts of the steering system. Therefore something there might be causing the issue. I’m happy to check the work. Please call me anytime this week and we shall set a time to look it over and see how to take care of it.

Had car trouble far from home and waited here for hours on a Saturday for it to open. The sign out front says COpen 6 days a week". No actually hours are posted and nobody arrived here to provide service by 11am. Ended up being towed to Brooklyn.

I had an inspection at Island Car Care. They were quick and thorough. Told me about all the specials available. Very friendly staff. I would recommend and use this place in the future.

After three mechanics looking and “fixing” the problem, Danny finally got my car and took the extra time with his AMAZING mechanic to really look at the issues. Finding more than what we thought, he went above and beyond to help fix the problems I had. If it wasn’t for their time and dedication, my car and I probably wouldn’t be here right now. Thank you ICC.

The guys at Island Car Care are truly awesome and instill a sense of confidence and trust in their service, which is exceptional and completely appreciated. Danny took the time to explain my repair and service options and even offered me choices according to my budget. Where does that happen any more? Island clearly cares about the quality of their service and treating their customers with the utmost respect, which I can honestly say has not been my experience at several other service establishments. They were detail oriented, fast and extremely eager to provide the kind of top-notch service that makes for lifetime customers. I for one, no longer need to shop around, because I will only be going to Island Car Care from now on. Thanks for everything, guys!!!
