I reported Danny to the DMV complaint department about unsuspected charges which I brought to Danny's attention, his response was defensive, shady saying to me that he's unknowledgable about my car in order to properly service my vehicle, didn't mention that before I dropped off my vehicle, Danny got caught in his lies from the Inspector of the DMV and found multiple inaccuracies in the bill in other words double dipping, after going through the bill and itemizing each item that's when the Inspector realized Danny wrongfully overcharged me by $955.57 which I got refunded back through the DMV Inspector handed me the refund check, thank you Department Of Motor Vehicle for helping me settle with this issue, thank you Inspector Castellano!!!
Just to set the record straight.... The facts are you had a vehicle that was serviced elsewhere that had modified your suspension and your tire/wheel setup. You came in complaining about the other 2 shops that you had worked with stating they were theives and they dont know what they are doing. We identified a few issues with your steering and suspension. We repaired by replacing the necessary parts. In your car there was a bunch of rusty parts which made the job take longer than expected (and we told you about this during the process as well). You said yes to everything and thanked me and couldnt stop saying how you'll be coming to us for everything. I also recall when I called you to explain things you thought I was telling you to come get the car and you mentioned that you could not get it because you just took some mushrooms and edibles and you cant function. In addition to all this once we completed the work you said there was a noise. We went for multiple road tests and later found that a previous place who worked on your car put 2 different size front sway bar links. This was the cause of noise when you hit bumps. I charged you a discounted rate for all of that and I also gave you a discount on the bigger part of the work (10% to be exact) which you failed to mention and unfortunately I failed to write on the invoice which is why the inspector gave you that amount in refund. I think you are one of these people who do this type of thing wherever you go and Im happy to not have to deal with you any longer. I hope who ever reads this review by you as well as my reply recognizes that there are people out there who you can never make happy no matter what. You are one of those people.
